TERMS OF BUSINESS AND USE
1. Modalities of accommodation
Housing Tourist lodging everywhere (not shared house), which provides only housing service.
2. Timetables Input / Output
Admission: between 16:00 hrs. and 22:00 hrs.
Departure: before 12:00 pm. noon.
If you are interested in arriving or leaving, an hour different, please refer, in each case, such a possibility, which is conditional upon entering or leaving for other customers that day, or to pay an extra amount.
3. Number of occupants
Any excess in the number of occupants (including children) held in reserve, entitles the owner to exclude the entry of persons unreported or, where appropriate, to proceed to their eviction. The visits should be advance notice to the owner.
4. Methods of payment
The total amount of a stay is always prepaid. It will required a signal -bank deposit -( 40% of the whole staying rate) to confirm a reservation, which has to be sent in a week after the date of your booking confirmation.
The rest (60%) has to be paid to its entry into the house.
5. Cancellation charges
No cancellation charges: In case you cancel your booking with a notice than 30 days on the date of entry.
10% of the total amount of the reserve: In case you cancel your booking between 30 and 15 days prior to entry.
15% of the total amount of the reserve: In case you cancel your booking between 15 and 7 days prior to entry.
20% of the total amount of the reserve: In case you cancel your booking during the 7 days prior to entry.
40% of the total amount of the reserve:In case you cancel your booking for 3 days prior to entry.
6. Alteration of property
For reasons of force majeure, the owner reserves the right to substitute accommodation hired by other accommodation with similar characteristics.
If the client does not accept the alternative offered, the owner will reimburse the sums paid to customer account and the reserve would be annulled.
7. Suppl
Included in the price of accommodation all applicable taxes, the normal consumption of water, gas, electricity and heating; towels, sheets and blankets or quilts, and cleaning the house prior to the occupation, but not during their stay.
8. Firewood
Firewood is not included in the price of accommodation, but it can deliver in the house at cost price.
9. Staying owners
The owner or person in charge will take care of the good state of facilities and will always be remedied immediately reachable for any incident that may occur.
10. CONSERVATION of client
The user is obliged to make proper use of the building and its facilities already returned home under the same conditions of order and cleanliness.
11. Swimming-pool
Our accommodations do not have own pool. They can use public swimming pools that are very close to them. The cost of entry to the pool will be paid directly by customers.
